Roland Glaze is a balsamic reduction. It is one of the few products I buy that has sugar in it, but only 3 grams per tablespoon, and I only use 1 tablespoon at a time.
Roland Glaze add a sweet tangy flavor to any dish. I like to drizzle it on all kinds of meats (chicken & pork mostly) and even drizzle it over goat cheese for a delicious spread.
I recently came up with a new pizza recipe that has goat cheese, walnuts, and a balsamic reduction drizzled over it.
You can find Roland Glaze (or similar product) at most local grocery stores in the aisle with the balsamic vinegars. Please read the labels because some brands have much more sugar in them than just 3 grams.
