Whole wheat, rosemary, and Parmesan cheese dinner rolls. I used the three ingredient dough and added the rosemary and the Parmesan cheese to make five ingredient rolls. The best part: they’re only 94 calories each!!!
2 cups of Jovial Whole Wheat Flour = 600 Calories
2 cups of Fage nonfat yogurt =240 calories
4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese = 80 Calories
4 teaspoons of baking powder = 19 Calories
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary = 1 Calorie
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Separate the dough into 4 pieces and make a ball shape with each one. Then form into a roll shape.
Place the rolls on a nonstick pan sprayed with extra virgin olive oil spray and bake them in the oven at 375° for 23 minutes.
