Banana Cinnamon Whole Wheat Waffle Bowl - 272 Calories

A buckwheat banana waffle bowl filled with strawberries and blueberries and then drizzled with chocolate PB2 mixed with water. Such a decadent and delicious meal! 😍

1/4 cup of buckwheat flour = 100 Calories

1 egg = 70 Calories

1/2 medium size Banana = 53 Calories

2 tablespoons of Chocolate PB2 = 50 Calories

4.1 ounces of strawberries = 37 Calories

20 blueberries = 15 Calories

Recipe:

Mix in a a bowl:

1/4 cup of buckwheat flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup of club soda (or water)

1 egg

1/2 mashed banana

Pour into a waffle bowl maker and cook on high for 3 or 4 minutes

Fill the waffle bowl with fresh organic blueberries and strawberries and then drizzle 2 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 mixed with 2 tablespoons of water on top.

By the way, buckwheat flour is gluten-free! I buy it on Amazon

I bought the waffle bowl maker on Amazon however target sells a dash brand one as well. PB2 is powdered peanut butter with 85% less fat and calories than regular peanut butter. I buy that on Amazon but Walmart sells it and several other grocery stores sell it too.
