2 Ounces of oven baked salmon = 66 Calories
3 Cherry Tomatoes = 9 Calories
1/8 of a red onion = 8 Calories
1 Cup of spinach = 7 Calories

I used an 8" heart-shaped nonstick cake pan that I bought on Amazon to make this.
Spray the bottom of the pan with extra virgin olive oil spray. Add the spinach, tomato, onion, and cherry tomatoes. Pour the egg whites on top and then season with pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 17 minutes.
