1/4 cup of yellow cornmeal = 121 Calories

2 tablespoons of salsa Verde.= 10 Calories

1/8 cup of sweet onion = 8 Calories

To make the corn waffle I mixed in a bowl and a quarter cup of cornmeal, quarter cup of water, a beaten egg, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of baking powder. After mixing it well I placed it in a preheated waffle iron for three minutes. So delicious!
