Whole Wheat Strawberry Banana mini Waffle Stack - 325 Calories

A Whole wheat strawberry banana mini waffle stack with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and drizzled with chocolate PB2.

To make this waffle stack, I mashed a half banana and then added a quarter cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/8 tablespoon of vanilla extract, one beaten egg, and two strawberries that were blended in the food processor with 1/4 cup of water. I then mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl and cooked it for three minutes in 3 mini preheated waffle irons.

I bought the three mini waffle irons at target. They are the Dash brand. They come in all kinds of cool colors like light blue and fire engine red.

I buy the chocolate PB2 Online. Some local grocers carry it but I find it hard to find. I also hear that Walmart Carries it.

1/4 cup of whole wheat flour = 102 calories

1 beaten egg = 70 calories

1/2 banana = 53 Calories

2 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 mixed with water = 50 calories

7 strawberries (2 for the waffle 5 for the inside layers) = 27 Calories

30 blueberries = 23 Calories
