This was a little bit more than a cup and what I call a double serving. Most of the time I just have half or 1 serving.
2 medium bananas = 210 Calories.
1/2 cup of cashew milk = 25 Calories.
2 tablespoon oh Hershey's unsweetened dark cocoa powder = 20 Calories.
You can use almond milk, skim milk, whole milk, coconut milk, or even almond milk. You just have to calculate the calories for the difference in the milk you use.
