Homemade two ingredient mango ice cream.
1 1/2 cup of mango = 135 Calories
1/3 of a cup of cashew milk = 16 Calories
Recipe:
Cut up fresh very ripe mango and put it in Ziploc bags in the freezer overnight. Then place 1 1/2 cups of mango in a food processor with 1/3 cup of cashew milk and blend until smooth. Place it in a bowl and place it back in the freezer for one hour to firm it up a little bit. So easy, so healthy, all natural, non-dairy, and utterly delicious. A must try!!!
