1/4 cup of quick oats = 74 Calories.
1/2 medium banana = 53 Calories.
1 tablespoon of chocolate PB2 = 25 Calories.
3 grams of almond slivers = 17 Calories.
1 egg white = 17 Calories.
1 tablespoon of Hershey’s Special Dark Unsweetened Cocoa = 10 calories.
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder = 0 calories.
You make the 2 minute muffin cake in a microwave on high for two minutes.
Mix the quick oats, the egg white, cocoa powder, 1/2 mashed banana, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl. Once mixed well spray 2 small glass or ceramic bowls with a quick spray of extra-virgin olive oil spray. Divide the mixture into the two small bowls and place in the microwave on high for two minutes.
When you take them out of the microwave, let them cool for a couple minutes and then flip one over and put it on a plate. Then flip the other one over and stack it on top of the other one on the plate. Then mix the chocolate PB2 with water until it’s thin enough to drizzle on top of the cake. Then sprinkle with the 3 g of slivered almonds on top.
This dessert is unbelievably healthy and decadently delicious. So easy to make. Fun thing to do with the kids.
