Recipe:
Mix in a food processor 4 Strawberries with 3/4 of a cup of unsweetened cashew milk. Once blended, mix contents in another bowl with the chia seeds and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Use a whisk to mix it thoroughly. Let sit for 15 minutes and mix again. Then place in refrigerator overnight. Top with fresh sliced strawberry. Very refreshing!
