I cooked the chicken breast on a medium flame in a nonstick pan sprayed with extra-virgin olive oil spray. I cooked it for six minutes on either side
I buy the Roland glaze at my local Publix market. Roland glaze is a balsamic reduction. Most local grocers carry it or something like it in the same section as the balsamic vinegar’s. But always read the labels because some of them are loaded with sugar at the Roland glaze has the lowest of sugar that I found so far.
