Recipe for my oven baked salmon:

Spay the bottom of a nonstick baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil. Place the salmon on top and season with sea salt, garlic powder and fresh dill. Bake in the oven for 24 minutes at 400 degrees.

When you take the salmon out of the oven, squirt some fresh lemon juice on top and then spray a quick spray of extra virgin olive oil on top. The olive oil helps lock in the moisture and prevents it from drying out. leftover salmon can stay in the refrigerator for up to a week if kept in air tight plastic containers.

Recipe for the oven roasted Brussel sprouts:

Spray a nonstick baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil spray. Cut the stems off the bottom of the Brussel sprouts and cut them in half. Place the Brussel sprouts on the baking sheet and spray the top of them with extra virgin olive oil spray. Season with sea salt and garlic powder. If you like spicy foods, add some crushed red pepper to add a kick to them.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
