I bought the lotus foods jade pearl green rice at Whole Foods. I searched it on Amazon and they sell it as well.
The rice gets its green color from being infused with bamboo. It’s described as being a sort of sushi rice similar to sticky rice and the flavor is a little different than white rice. I just don’t know how to explain the taste difference. Much better than white rice.
