Chicken Meatloaf - 153 Calories Per Slice

One of my mother's favorite weekly prepped foods. I use a bread pan to make it and it is 2lbs. My recipe consists of ground chicken breast, eggs, onion, garlic, pink sea salt, tomato, basil, and ground multigrain Wassa crisp breads instead of bread crumbs. This makes 11 slices that calculated at 153 calories per slice. It is moist and utterly delicious. If you haven’t tried making my meatloaf you really should!

I made it in a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 bread pan.


2 lbs of ground chicken breast

4 Wassa Multigrain Crispbreads

1 medium tomato

2 eggs

6 fresh basil leaves

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup of chopped onion

Salt to taste

Mix all contents in a bowl, spray the pan with extra virgin olive oil spray, and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
