Every week, I prep chicken breast so I have some on hand all week long. I simply season them with pink Himalayan sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cook them in the George foreman grill for 12 minutes. There is no heat or temperature control on the George Foreman grill. It only has has one temperature.
Depending how thick your chicken breast is, will dictate the amount of time you need to cook them in the George Foreman. Very thin chicken breasts take about six minutes, very thick ones like these takes about 12 to 13 minutes.
