There are so many dishes you can make with salmon. I used to buy salmon already cut into 5 ounce pieces at Whole Foods, but then realized it was cheaper to buy large pieces and cut them myself.

I simply season the salmon went to Sea salt and garlic powder and then place fresh dill on top. I place it on a non-stick baking tray sprayed with extra-virgin olive oil and bake it at 400° for 24 minutes. When I take the salmon out I squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of it and then spray a couple of sprays of extra-virgin olive oil on each piece to seal in the moisture. Comes out perfect every time.
