I Prep oven roasted Brussel sprouts almost every week. If the Brussel sprouts are small I usually roast them whole. If they are medium to large size, I cut them in half before I roast them.
I simply cut the brussels sprouts in half, sprayed the tops with extra-virgin olive oil spray, and seasoned with sea salt, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. I then baked them in the oven for 35 minutes at 350°. Absolutely delicious!
