Every Saturday is Food prep day for me! This ensures I have delicious and nutritious food at my fingertips all week long.
To make spaghetti squash I just spray the flesh with some extra-virgin olive oil spray and sprinkle sea salt and garlic powder on top. I then roast in the oven at 400° for 45 minutes. And then use a fork to rake the spaghetti squash strands out of the spaghetti squash. Easy peasy!
