I roast all type of squash in the oven and cook them all the exact same way. I cut the squash in half, scoop out the seeds, spray the flesh with extra virgin olive oil spray, season with pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder.
I then roast it in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
