Two mini banana cinnamon whole wheat waffles with a side of organic fruit salad.
Before I ate the waffles I drizzled 2 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 mixed with water on top as my syrup.
My waffle recipe makes three mini waffles therefore I divided the total calories by three and added up two of them to calculate calories.
To make the waffles I simply mixed in a bowl one beaten egg, 1/4 cup of whole wheat pastry flour, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 mashed banana in a bowl with 1/4 cup of water. After mixing it well I poured the mixture into three mini waffle maker’s that were preheated and sprayed with extra-virgin olive oil spray. I cooked the waffles for three minutes. The waffles freeze well and I froze the other waffle to use as the bottom of a dessert in the future.

2 Tablespoons mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water = 50 Calories. 1 cup of mixed fruit = 124 Calories.
2 raspberries = 2 Calories.
4 blueberries = 3 Calories.
