Eat like a little piggy without the guilt! A banana whole wheat waffle with fresh strawberries and blueberries. I poured 2 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 mixed with water over the waffle before I ate it to use as my syrup.
To make this waffle I mashed a half banana and then added 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, one egg white, and 1/4 cup of water. I then mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl and cooked it for three minutes in a preheated waffle iron.
1/4 cup of whole wheat flour = 110 calories
1 egg White = 17 calories
1/2 banana = 53 Calories
2 tablespoons of chocolate PB2 mixed with water = 50 calories
3 strawberries = 8 Calories
2 blueberries = 2 Calories
