1 cup of Jovial whole wheat flour = 300 Calories
1 cup of Fage nonfat yogurt = 120 Calories
1 ounce of Whole Foods 365 brand Mozzarella cheese = 90 Calories
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese = 40 Calories
2 slices of Al Fresco Chicken bacon = 35 Calories
1 cup of spinach = 7 Calories
2 teaspoons of baking powder = 10 Calories
I buy the jovial flower at Whole Foods. You can buy it on Amazon too. I Posted a video of how to make the three ingredient dough with the yogurt, flour, and baking powder. I baked this pizza in the oven at 400° for 18 minutes. It was absolutely delicious. I feel less guilty eating a pizza made of whole wheat rather than white flour. White flour has no nutrients and whole wheat does. Your body also processes the whole wheat in a more time released fashion. White flour turns to sugar into your blood stream much faster.
