I love having brussels sprouts for the whole week.
I roast my brussels sprouts in the oven by spraying a nonstick roasting pan with extra-virgin olive oil spray. I then lay the brussels sprouts on top and spray the tops of them with some extra virgin olive oil spray. I season them with pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder. In case I want them spicy that week I may add some crushed red pepper as well. I roast them in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 400°.
