Homemad garlic lemon hummus. 😍
Recipe for my delicious garlic lemon hummus:
(1) 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans = 406 Calories
(1) Chopped garlic clove = 4 Calories
(2) Tablespoons of Whole Foods 365 brand organic tahini = 190 Calories
1/4 Teaspoon of sea salt = 0 Calories
1/4 Teaspoon of ground cumin
6 Tablespoons of water = 0 Calories
The juice of (1) fresh squeezed lemon (small one) = 10 Calories
Blend in food processor until creamy and smooth.
Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika for extra color.
These ingredients will make about 12 ounces. The can of garbanzo beans has fluid in the can that is included in the can’s weight.
