1/2 Hass Avocado =120 Calories

2 ounces of smoked salmon = 66 Calories

1 Joseph’s Flax Oat Bran whole wheat pita =60 Calories

I toast the pita in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 mins before I cover it with the mashed avocado and top with smoked salmon
